Bottle @ The Hucul Rage, Sønderborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with touches of roast and barrel. Sweetish flavour of malt, raisins and vanilla, with notes of caramel and yeast and touches of roast. Plummy and estsry aftertaste with roasty touches. Warming alcohol presence, Decent.

Bottle, 7.5%. Good herbal hop note. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a good citric note. Spicy and herbal in a good way. A bit much alcohol in the finish. Why not make this with the same hop profile but with less alcohol?

Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, dusty malt, light to moderate chocolate - coffee, light burnt, light licorice - sweet soft licorice. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, chocolate - coffee, roasted, tobacco, sweet dark malt, medium sticky, light sweet soft licorice.
