500 ml shared bottle at local tasting, from Voldby Købmandsgaard. Hazy deep golden colour, moderate white (or slightly off-white) head. Moderate fruity / citrussy aroma of Amarillo hops. Decent hops in the flavour too, slightly citrussy, not very sweet. Refreshing and nice, but nothing particularly christmassy about it.

Fra flaske på RBHD-treff ombord på Fridtjofen mai-14: kveldens eneste gusher, så her ble det fint skum. Lys karamellaroma med litt røde bær. Frisk&god, og ettersmaken har bare en lett bitterhet som gjør at det enkelt å hive innpå - de 7,5 er godt kamuflert før de treffer mageregionen. Kan med fordel nytes hele året.

Light gusher. Pale amber. Dense head. Subdued aroma with hints of hops and caramel. Similar, but stronger taste. Refreshing and well-balanced. High drinkability. A bit too fizzy.

Very cloudy orange. Not much head. Lime and orange marmelade in aroma. Similar taste combined with sweet hops. Somehing unfresh at the end of aftertaste.

Shared bottle at local tasting, probably from Voldby Købmandsgaard. Slightly hazy orange colour. Pleasant aroma with hints of oranges, notes of Christmas spices. Light bodied for its strength. Not too sweet, moderate Christmas spices, hints of oranges. Too moderate hops.

Frisk og fruktig aroma fra denne, på hytta til Sigmund i lag med ødelagte venner, april-14: uklar med kort skum. Men det gjør ingenting når det smaker så godt. Et jule ale som bør bli et helårsøl!

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, light citrus - flowery sharp. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity - citrus, flowers, nectar - flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20131014]

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy deep golden, creamy head. Fruity nose with canteloupe. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. White pepper, honey, dough and chalk. Fairly low bitterness.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy golden, minimal head. Aroma of flour and melon. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with notes of chalk and wheat flour. Peppery finish with some alcohol. Quite drinkable, and relatively pleasant, even if my rating probably doesn’t make it sound very delicious.
