Bottled (from Bierzwerg.de). Yellowish golden colour with small white head. Leaves some lace. Aroma is some bready malts as well as quite doughlike with some mild diacetylic notes as well. Flavour is bready malts, some slight maizelike notes as well as mild dough and some slight saltwatery notes. Yet quite bodied as for the palate.

Clear golden with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and breadish notes. Flavour was sweet and had roasted malt, toffee, caramel and coffee notes. Finished sweet.

Bottled. An amber beer with alazing off-white head head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notyes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter strawy finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

Bottle 33cl. @ [ Fastelavns Tasting Ulfborg ].Alc. 4.9%. Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - grey head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dusty, sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 4.9%. Weak roasted aroma, slightly vinous. Clear brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour has some spicy hoppiness. Low bitterness, slightly vinous and bready. Mild flavour, but OK.
