Small off-white head, rather stable, over fully hazy amberish orange beer, lively carbonated. Sweet, with oxydized nose (well within BBd!), caramel and other sweet malts. Oxydation much less obvious in the mouth, here the taste is essentialy sweet, honeyish malts. Bit spicy dressing, rootspices' bitterness. Finish is drier. Certain slickness, thick texture, creamy, oily. Classical - if with some signs of premature aging. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Bottle 37,5 cl. Cloudy, opaque golden with next to no head. Lovely acetic acid in the nose combined with a great woodiness. Medium body, dry acetic acid and noble rot. Carbonation to the low side. Mouthdryingly dry and tart. Very Gueuze-like. 251022

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a tiny, dissipating white head. Distinct acetobacter aroma paired with wood and noble rot. Medium body, super dry, very complex mix of wood and noble rot. Tart but not overly sour. 251022
