Bottle 100 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Bottle # 57. Pours a dark amber with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Sweet Bourbon in the nose with some diacetyl. Medium body, low carbonation, very tart, loads of lactid acidity - yoghurt or "koldskål". There’s no real traces of the base Dunkel, bit the Bourbon does come through big time. Tart finish. 160411

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a more or less clear beer, copper colored and with a small offwhite head. Very buttery nose with some vanilla. Roasted malts too. The flavor has a quite distinct sourness along with the vanilla, butterscotch and roasted hints. Medium body, oily and slightly puckering. Certainly a beer gone bad somehow. At least I hops so. Some qualities though. 110416
