330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange, dark golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity hoppy, pale malty and minimally veggie aroma, hints of mandarine, a touch of yellow apple, quince and carrot. Taste is sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty, citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly yeasty spicy, minimally veggie, hints of mandarine, yellow apple, quince, carrot, some white pepper. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Nice composition, light and drinkable - not bad.

Donker roodbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is warm en krachtig bitterzoet met duidelijk iets van rum, wat rook, vaag wat kokos en een beetje vanille. Van de hele serie die ik tot nu toe gehad is dit één van de betere.

Fles gekregen na proeverij. Gitzwart bier met matig schuim. Aroma is turf-achtige. De smaak is eveneens turf-achtig, rokerig en houtig. De rokerigheid blijft even in de mond hangen.

Bottle shared at tasting. Dark brown to black color, small off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, band aid, fingerpaint I used in school as a kid, heavy peat. Meh. Over the top, too much for me.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie, Benzai en Keukeman. Het is een pikzwart bier met een beige schuim. Het heeft een turf achtige geur. De smaak is vol en turf achtig.

Bottle shared at tasting with Johnny and TomHendriksen. Dark red color, average sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, heavy peat but, I must say, not one big chunk of peat but relatively subtle, because for once the base beer seems to hold its ground. Credit where it is due: this is quite alright.
