Bottle 75 cl thanks to my uncle, gift from a trip to Germany. Sampled on July 14, 2017.Label marked 6.5% ABV. BB 01.06.2018Hazy orange color, fluffy lasting white head. Malty, grainy, slight sweet scent. Malty, sweet, lavender, minty, spicy taste. Spicy, amlty aftertaste. Medium full body with fizzy CO2 mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottle from Biershop Hamburg. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and bready. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 290117

33cl bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of dry hops, grain and toasted malt. Taste is dry malty, grain, nuts, some spices, dry aftertaste.

Pours a cloudy yellow color. Grainy malty flavours with a touch of honey, shy grassy hops with a woody touch.

Thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty, mild, more and more dry, hoppy-bitter background. Some notes of lemon. Finish more balanced, less dry, mild malty notes. Okay.

0,33 l bottle. Three bio-seals on the decent front label. But BB-date 16.03.16. There goes something wrong. Dark red golden and a little bit unclear in the glass, mighty head. Little bit malt and hop on the nose. Starts malty, spicy, hop in the background, present bitterness. Quaffable but short ending.

Aroma: Fruit, hops, grass.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, caramel, fruit, hops.
Comment: Too sweet in both aroma and flavour.

Flasche (33 cl). - Die „unfiltrierte Spezialität“ schmückt sich mit diversen Bio- und Ökosiegeln, u.a. „Bioland“. - Dunkles Goldgelb, leicht trüb, kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase zwiespältige Mischung von plumper, weißbrotiger Süße und zweitklassigen, abgestandenen Hopfenaromen. - Im Antrunk süßlich-brotiges helles Malz und leicht fruchtiger, eher blasser Hopfen mit Anklängen von grünen Äpfeln. Durchschnittlich rezent. Abgang mäßig bitter, statt der erhofften Hopfenaromen auch hier fruchtige Süße. Zurück bleibt ein dumpf-bitterer Nachgeschmack und die Erkenntnis, daß glückliches Malz und freilaufender Hopfen allein noch kein gutes Bier ergeben - man muß auch was vom Brauen verstehen ... Und wie kann es sein, daß ein angeblich unfiltriertes Bio-Bier eine Mindesthaltbarkeit von zehn (!) Monaten hat?

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, leicht fruchtig.
