Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ Craig and Fin Sneak up in the middle of the NIGHT and drink all fonefans beer ].[ Courtesy of back ]. Clear medium orange amber - yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, hay, pale malt. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, malty, bread, hay - straw, dusty maly. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130519]

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden with small white head. Clear aroma of hops, grain and yeast with a subtle fruity note. Tastes of water with some notes of hops and grain. Cardboardlike and rough finish. Nothing to write home about.

Buddel (Dank nach Garching!): Deep golden, hazy, floaties visible, smaller white foamy layer, sour dough and bread in the sweetish nose, hops and slight alcoholic traces underneath; sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied; traces of alcohol, again in the bready finish. No glory...

Champagne bottle. Cloudy prance, offwhite low cream. Aromatic hops - light peachy. Fullbodied chewy, fruity, aromatic tropical and grassy hoppy, fine minerally finish. Nice balanced - very pleasant, bit pricey though.
