bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma media grana color cappuccino persistente, colore marrone intenso quasi nero, al naso soprattutto intenso caffè e poi cacao, in bocca malto tostato caffè leggero cioccolato fondente e nocciola, leggero acidula, carbonatazione moderata, corpo leggero, amaro moderato. Sembra una “stout vivace”. Piacevole. Non male. c. calendario dell’avvento 2018 COOP CH 17.05.19

0.33l bottle in a swiss beer taster pack from coop. pours a clear golden with a small quickly disappearing white head. aroma of sweet grains, corn. flavour of corn, butter, cooking oil. too sweet.

50 cl bottle. Pours deep brown, clear with a deep golden amber glare. Small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, slight metallic like. Dry breadish. Roasted. Bitterness lurking through. Toasted and dry malty far finish.

Vielen Dank an Roman für dieses Bier. Dunkel goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher weißer Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig malzig, leicht hopfig, muffig. Geschmack leicht fruchtig, getreidig, hopfig, unspektakulär.

EIn Bier, das glutenfrei ist und aus Hirse gebraut wird. Das ist ja mal nicht alltäglich. Schauen wir mal, ob da was sinnvolles raukommen kann. Kurze Antwort: Ja. Man bekommt ein Bier, das etwas an Fladenbrot erinert und doch eine feine Hopfung hat. Mehr als eine nette Abwechslung.
