750ml wired cork bottle from Fine Cider Co. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, clear golden colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, herby, earthy funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, fleshy fruity, floral, with some funk, wood, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable
