Draught at SOPP 2013. Smell of honey, tar. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of tar, spruce, honey, licorice. Sweet, slightly bitter. Fizzy and plentiful carbon. Very nice!

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2013. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, floral notes, mild sweaty socks as well as some slight earthyness. Flavour is rubber, earth, some grass and mild dusty notes. Flavour sucked bigtime.

Draught at Sopp 2013. Smell of fruit and berries. Verypale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, yeast. Sweet. Flat carbon. Slightly watery.

Draught at Sopp 2013. Bitter smell. Dark amber colour, minimal white head. Aroma of yeast, some weizenstyle qualities. Also hops, some citrus. Surprisingly little rye qualities.

(Keg at SOPP’13, 20130725) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had apples and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were appless, sourness and tartness. Afteraste was tart and bitter.
