Aroma is malty with chocolate and hints of coffee. Flavour has roasted malt, some semi‐dark chocolate, coffee, hints of ash and distant floral notes. Palate is too high on CO2. Messy, but I kind of like it.

Compared with König Pils generously offered by staff :-)
Aroma has hay, some grainy malt, toffee and hints of caramel. Flavour has some slightly sweet notes with grainy malt, hay, toffee, distant herbal notes and hints of metal. This was probably the first Zwickel I’ve had. Good.

Aroma has fruity notes, some hay and hints of caramel. Flavour has some hops, hay, caramel, some toffee and nuts. There’s also a slight off‐flavour I find hard to describe. Thin, but still surprisingly good when looking at the ABV.
