750ml wired cork bottle from Sandridge Barton. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, light funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, appley, fruity, with alittle barnyard funk and earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
