Bottle shared, bought at Rechtstreex out of business sale. Bit hazy straw, looks like white wine. Short lasting white head. Dry apple, gooseberries, blueberries, oak, birch, lemon balm. There's a touch of herbal tea, but this has more a cider thing about it than tea, which is not a bad thing but I really like the Wilder Land ice teas too. Light sweet and sour. Over light bodied, over medium dry. Quite decent.

A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, herbs, some apples. Taste of sour apples, sulfur, brett, herbs, woody tart finish.

Great sour beginning. Fruity sour, very dry with a bitter and herbal finish. Nice fruity, soft with a dry sour fruitiness.

37,5cl Fles, dank Harmen! Goudgele kleur, helderwitte kraag. Geur van koekkruiden, gagel, licht funky, smaak is medium zuur, hout, licht galbittertje, licht funky, citroen, licht kruidig, bitter-zure finish. Lichte body. Smaakvol, lekker, fris.

Bottle. Bit hazy light golden. Smells like Nevel yeast, then a lot of herbs, nettles, almonds, honey. It does indeed taste like a bunch of wild plants and herbs in a sour oak aged beer. Light sweet, a bit more sour and a long lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied. Quite bitter for a sour ale, but overall a good beer.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, large and stable white head. Aroma: Floral, weed, herbal. Taste: Light tart, light to moderate sweet. Very floral, flowers, herbal, spicy hints. Marjoram, Subtle citrus and some wood, Lightly funky. Light to moderate herbal bitterness (Gage). Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry-ish bittery finish. Very nice Wild beer, typical Nevel.
