Blonde. Slight apple aroma with a hint of soap. Hoppy and flowery, but especially soapy flavor, like a bit of detergent is added. Not good.

Plastic and sweet apples, both in aroma and flavor. Just a hint of hops. Odd aftertaste, in which apple dominates. Below average. Bottle, bought at the brewery.

Very dark brown color. Cane sugar and cola aroma. Sweet, sugary flavor with roasted malt and apple syrup. Just a touch of smoke. Not well balanced, the combination of wheat and roasted malt doesn’t work for me in this case.

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Light amber color. Apricot and some hops in the aroma. Medium bodied. Sweetish and malty with apricot and mandarin. Light hopbitter and fruity aftertaste. Not very special, no outspoken flavors, but a nice and easy going festbier. Tasted december 2011. Medium to full bodied. Bready, fruity, apricot. Hint of licorice

Golden color. Apricot, grapes and malt in the aroma. Grapes and malt again, as well as a hint of hops and glue in the flavor. Medium bodied, no specific aftertaste, a bit fruity perhaps. The aroma promises more as the flavor delivers.

Brown color. Aroma has banana, mandarin and a touch of roasted malt and smoked ham. Banana flavor with chocolate. Roasted malt and the slightest touch of smoke, too little to be called a rauchbier. Malty, medium bodied. The smoked ham flavordoes swow itself in the longish aftertaste. Quite good, this beer!

Golden color, hazy. Peacharoma and flavor. lacks body, surprisingly. Is sugar added to boost the alcohol?? Probably not, I can’t taste the alcohol. Lacks flavor and aroma, surprisingly bland for a bock. But there’s nothing in this beer that annoys me, so the rating isn’t too low.

Orange color, hazy. Malt, chewing gum and licorice in aroma and flavor. Sweetish, full bodied, pineapple. Just a hint of plastic. Nice beer. december 2011. Golden color. Peach and malt in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with distant grassy notes and a hint of peach.

Amber color. Bottle, bought at the brewery. Aroma has plums and a touch of plastic. Medium bodied. Hoppy flavor with hints of wood, licorice, plastic, plums and butter. Tasty, although the plastic annoys a bit. Re-rate december 2011. Malt and licorice in the aroma and flavor. Slightest hint of butter. Almost medium bodied. Hint of cinnamon in the aftertaste.
