Brauerei Neunspringe owns 1 brewery:
Description
The brewery was founded in 1867 as the Dampfbrauerei Carl Kuntze. Later the name was changed into "Brauerei Neunspringe" on an old field name which in turn is derived from nine springs in the source area of the Hahle, from which the brewery draws its spring water. The brewery survived the war and stayed in the hand of the Kuntze family. But in 1953 the brewery was confiscated and transferred to a state-owned company, a situation that lasted till the end of the GDR. After a trust agency period by the Treuhandanstalt, the company became in a private limited company (GmbH) again in 1994.

Hellgelb. leicht hopfiger Geruch.

Dunkelgoldene Farbe, malzige Farbe.
→ Netter heller Bock. 11/12/10/11

Bouteille: Pale golden, slowly collapsing white lacy head; papery and metallic nose, dry grassy bitterness in the background; dryish bitter flavour, sweetness barely detectable, very light bodied; a delicate sweetness is detectable in the grassy--bitter finish. Ugly german Lager; oh no…

(bottle) Dark brown colour with a beige and firm medium-sized foamy head. Discreet aroma: slightly sugary and mouldy malty aroma with shy hints of cacao. Sweet flavour, light bodied with a soft, almost tame carbonation. Taste like a German malt beverage with syrupy dark malty notes; slim and sweetish malty finish with vaguely toasty accents and shades of alcohol. Some kind of “Nährbier” but with more alcohol. 07.IX.14

(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a firm medium-sized tanned foamy head. Mildly roasted and slightly earthy malty aroma with notes of leaves, traces of syrup and chocolate, also traces of rubber. Slightly sweet and delicately sour flavour, rather light bodied with an almost flat carbonation. Slim and slightly roasted malty taste with subtle fruity notes; slightly sweet and sourish finish. Disappointing. 22.VIII.14

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Biscuity and strawy malty aroma with notes of caramel. Sweet and delicately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Strawy malty taste with hints of caramel, biscuits; sweet malty and delicately hop bitter finish with a warming alcoholic touch. Okay, but nothing really special. 21.VIII.14
