Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111126]

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, no head to speak, mild but distinctive aromatic (Tettnang or so .…) hoppy nose; light malty base, moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied but soft; lingering mild noble hoppy and malty finish. Nice, nice…

Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours clear yellow with a bubbly off white head. Rough corn, maize and grain. Thin and dusty. A cheap hore for "shore".

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of caramel and hay. Sweetish malty flavour with grass and hay.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, straw and grainy. Flavour is malt, grainy, straw, grass, hop and a little bitter.

50 cl bottle, BBE 02/2012
Aroma is something between leichte and normal weisse. Some hay and hints of banana. Also some sweet, marshmallow-like element I am unable to give a name. Flavour is sweetish with banana, bubblegum and some hay. Weird but interesting brew, where german (leichte) hefeweizen meets belgian wit.

Bottle from Bierzwerg webshop. Hazy light brown color with small white head. Aroma of malt, grain. Taste, sweet malty, fruity notes. Bittersweet finish. Not tasty beer.

500ml bottle. Cloudy pale yellow with large white head. Fizzy carbonation. Grain, lemon and apple aroma. Undefined sour taste in the beginning that changes to a more lemon juice-like. Continuously watery, light body. Not far from a dry sparkling wine.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass not too zippy, nice head. Starts surprisingly sourish, notes of lemon and sour apple. More and more spicy, modest dry, still fruity-sourish. Very interesting. Reminds me a little bit nof a gose. Really nice.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, toasted, grain, hay, light hoppy, sour malt, light sweet vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, acidic malty - citrus, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111126]
