Pours a light yellow/gold color, just a slight haze, with a frothy white head. Nose has some toasty malts and a sniff of noble hop. Taste is the nostalgic remembrance of beer from Dad's fridge. Light malts further neutralized by dry hop finish. Excellent summer casual beer.

Draught @ Pilot Project-Wrigleyville, Chicago IL (Sept 2025). Faintly cloudy dark golden-orange with a foamy off-white head, very faint citrusy aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly sweet citrusy taste with piney undertones, thin body, long finish. Though listed as a NE IPA, it's ot really like one, but still fine.

Also quite good, although a bit less Belgian. At least it's not sour. Fairly earthy.
