33 cl bottle at El Pavón, Madrid. It pours nicely hazy dark brown with reddisth hues, big fluffy foamy tan head. Aroma is quite intense and nice: cocoa, coffee, blackberrries. Taste is soft, velvety, mouth-covering, sweetish, somewhat bitterish and very long. Nice one.

(Draught at Café Gollem, Amsterdam, 30 July 2017) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with bread, dark fruit and caramel. Malty taste with notes of caramel, chocolate, dried fruit, raisins and a sweetish finish with a gentle bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, and quite fruity, brown ale. Nice one.

(Draught at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 29 July 2017) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with white bread, peaches and coriander. Malty, spicy taste with notes of white bread, peaches, mixed fruit, grass, herbs and a gentle spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, but on the fruity side for a saison. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle. Beautiful black oily pour. Aroma has caramelised roasted malt, coffee, mocha, chocolate and some licorice. Taste of mocha, caramelised malt, bitter licorice, chocolate and umami soy. Soft smooth mouthfeel. Very nice.
