Brauerei Dremel - Schwanen-Pils, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding (2 Tage über MHD). - Lichtes Goldbraun, trüb; enttäuschende Schaumbildung. - In der Nase sauber gerstiges, zart brotiges helles Malz mit ganz zartem säuerlichen (alten) Touch, Anklänge an Honig, vage herbale Hopfung. - Antrunk kernig gerstig-hellmalzig und kaum süß. Undeutliche herbale und zitrusfruchtige Hopfung. Milder rezent, leicht mineralisch. Im Abgang hintergründige, ein wenig leere Bittere. Schwach chloriger Nachtrunk wie von Zahnkrem. - Ausgereiftes, solide malziges und gar nicht so übel gehopftes Bier aber kaum pilsähnlich, schon gar nicht edelherb. (8.9.2021.)

Bottle @ Franconia. Fun. Visited Dremel 5,6 years ago. Always wanted to go back as I felt their helles had potential. A little dirty on my visit back then. Pours dark amber with a creamy white head. Dark fruit, ashes and a burnt note. Overcarbonated. Flabby.

Aroma had pale malt, perle hops and hay. Over the palate came grassy and floral hops, biscuit, pale malt and citric hints. Finished dry and bitter.

Brauerei Dremel - Dunkles, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Nicht dunkel sondern rotbraun, leicht trüb; schön sahniger Schaum. - In der Nase mild toastiges Wiener Malz und noch mildere, blaß hopfenwürzige Hopfung. - Antrunk aromatisch wienermalzig-toastig mit leicht bissiger hopfenwürzig-herbaler Herbe und Orangenschalenbittere. Kaum malzsüß. Milder rezent, vollmundig, hart im Mund. Im Abgang verbindet sich die Härte mit leicht rauher Bittere & metallischen Zügen. - Nach Farbe und Geschmack eindeutig ein Rotbier, kein Dunkles, eher bitter als aromatisch gehopft und von störender Härte. Möglicherweise Corona-geschädigt. (7.7.2021.)

Dremel Helles, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase feines helles Malz und zarter zitroniger Hopfen. - Antrunk transparent hellmalzig mit zarter Süße und einer Andeutung von Honig. Gut abgestimmte, leicht zitronige und mild herbale Hopfenherbe. Milder rezent, leicht mineralisch, süffig. Im Abgang dezente Herbe. Schwach hefig-ranziger Nachtrunk. - Feines, schon elegant zu nennendes Lager, dessen milde aber aromatische Hopfung die fränkische Herkunft erkennen läßt. (20.3.2020.)

Gift from the brewer. Tap, the brewery doesn’t bottle anymore. Malty coffee aroma and flavor. Strong barnyard smell. Bitter, caramelly aftertaste. Hazy dark color. Very interesting beer from this tiny village brewery. Bottle tasted more than 10 years later. Brown color. Caramel aroma with some grassy hops. Malty sweetish flavor with caramel and milk chocolate. Bready, sticky mouthfeel. Pleasant.
