Brewery tap, gift from the brewer. Malty aroma and flavor. Strong barnyard smell, emphasizing the rural environment of the brewery. Not filtered and therefore a hazy golden color. Hopbitter finish. Full of flavor, but not an entirely clean palate. Ten years later....bottle. Hazy blonde. Soft floral aroma. Medium bodied. Floral hopbitter flavor. Bready. Characterful helles with a hay aftertaste.

Gift from the brewer. Tap, the brewery doesn’t bottle anymore. Malty coffee aroma and flavor. Strong barnyard smell. Bitter, caramelly aftertaste. Hazy dark color. Very interesting beer from this tiny village brewery. Bottle tasted more than 10 years later. Brown color. Caramel aroma with some grassy hops. Malty sweetish flavor with caramel and milk chocolate. Bready, sticky mouthfeel. Pleasant.

ABV: 4.9%. Murky matt medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, banana, clove, wheat. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20190707]
