0.5 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Bratislava, shared with Ogi and him. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is intense caned corn and cooked celery. Flavour is vegetable, bread, herbs. Some sweetness, some bitterness. Creamy, light body, finishes quite sweet. Lousy.

Can 50 cl. Golden, clear, weak white foam. Aroma: weak, slight sourness, malt, rotten grain, sweetish, slightly grassy. Taste: slightly sour, malt, grain, grassy, slight hop bitterness, well, very sad.

0,5 can. This is currently a 4% basic Slovak lager, the can is simple, the color is a nice golden color. Dozens of lager aromas, malty, nothing special, the head lasts a very short time. It's strange, but you can already taste some hops, because there's nothing in the aroma. Minimal bitterness, malty sweetness, quite watery, smooth base, cheap beer for workers. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to have any flavor flaws at all, so it's not a big deal, but it's not a big deal either...

Jelenleg 4 %-os ez az alap szlovák láger, a doboza egyszerű, színe szép arany szín. Tucat lager illat, malátás, semmi különös, hab nagyon rövid ideig tart. Furcsa, de ízre már némi komlósság is érződik, mert az illatán semmi. Minimális keserűség, malátás édesség, elég vizes, sima alap, olcsó sör a munkásoknak. Egyébként egyáltalán nem tűnik ízhibásnak, szóval nagy baja nincs, csak nem is nagy durranás...

0.5 l as 4.0%. Grošák Vyčapné pivo svetle 10. Shared with Marko and Ogi. Clear golden, small diminishing off-white to white head. Aroma is metallic, soap and cooked vegetables underneath. Thin, light, watery, moderate carbonation. Aroma is grain, cardboard, metal and harsh spice or plastic finish. Dry, light finish.

Grošák made at Steiger, 4.0%. Clear golden body, small thick white head. Diacetyl and mild honeyish maltiness in the aroma. Nothing else. Lean, dry, empty taste, vague grainy maltiness, light butter, trace vegetal notes, pretty much no hops, except for a tiny bitterish finish, bit minerally body-wise. Oh wow.

Can from a Costco European Beer 10 pack. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was sweet malts, come grain, floral hop. Flavor was light sweet malt. Pleasant stuff.

Ein Mitbringsel meines Kollegen Juraj. Herzlichen Dank dafür an dieser Stelle. Obwohl es ein leicht verfügbares Supermarkt-Bier ist, hatte ich dieses Bier noch nicht bewertet. Es ist ein schweres Schwarzes, das aber eindeutig auf der süßen Seite 🧁 liegt. Dadurch ist es intesiv karamellig, aber auch sehr klebrig. Man kann es schon trinken, aber ein wirkliches Aromenprofil bildet sich aufgrund der erdrückenden Süße 🍭🍮 nicht aus.

500ml can pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet roast malts some syrup notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts syrup and toasted nuts.
