180ml bottle. As Sho Chiko Bai Classic Junmai Sake. 15%. Clear very pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of rice, melon, grassy, earthy, boozy. Taste is rice, papery, gluey, earthy, grassy, booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry warm boozy finish. Quite OK.

Bottle at home my local Publix finally got a new sake I’ll take it. Really a clear beverage. Nose is light fruit little hooch. Tastes of pear and unripe plum, little yeast, alcohol, bamboo shoots, water chestnut. Palate is fine not harsh. Keep the sake train a rollin

Sampled from 0.3 l bottle from a local Asian food shop. Clear, no colour. Sweetish, spicy and slightly fruity aroma of rice, green apples, some gooseberry and a touch of vanilla. Moderately sweet, spicy and slightly fruity taste of rice, vanilla, gooseberry and green apples, followed by a medium long, moderately peppery, spicy and a bit boozy finish. Medium body, oily mouthfeel, flat. Quite nice actually, very soft, drinks relatively easy.

Bottle at home cheap grab up the style ticking game. Thick milkshake like pour. Nose is tropical fruits. Tastes lychee, nectarines, rice, melon, vanilla bean. Beach sake should be served in tiki hut.

Opened 300 ml green screwcap bottle, from a trade with Cunningham. ABV is 15%. Clear and extremely pale yellow colour, no carbonation. Strong aroma of burnt rubber, awful. Alcoholic flavour with hints of rice. Another evidence that sake is not my cup of tea.
