From my sake backlog. Bottle @ office. Very pale straw yellow, almost like water body without any carbonation. Mild aroma, slightly floral, hint of citric fruit, hidden alcohol. Taste is smooth, soft rice, hint of sweet citric fruit, mild, warming alcohol in aftertaste with umami. Balanced body with medium lasting, soft aftertaste. Nice, clean and gentle sake.

This is not a beer. I did this just for a tick. Quite rude. Tastes like kerosene. Why is distilled sake thought to be a beer on this website? JMHO this should be classified as a whisky or likker of some sort, whew. However, there are a few beers that taste worst than this; Jaguar Ice, and clamato.
