Drank at room temperature. The appearance of the liquid is crystalline. The olfactory intensity is normal. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas finds vanilla and peach. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The dryness is medium dry. The body is round. On the palate the body is medium. The taste is pleasant and tends more towards dry. In the mouth the aroma brings hints of vanilla and white peach.

Bottle at Yuki Sushi, Leiden. Clear water appearance with no head. Aroma of sweet rice, floral notes, light tropical fruits, pineapple, rice and vanilla. Flavour is above moderate sweet. Medium bodied with no carbonation.

My bottle is smaller and with red glass but for all I can tell this is indeed the same sake. Clear pour slight mineral tinge. Nose is light honey and stone fruit. Tastes of stone fruit, floral, honey, tangerine candy. Little syrupy and watery. Smal hints of alcohol but more rice milk on finish.

Bottle from The Whisky Exchange. Fresh smooth fruity beginning. Very smooth, extremely fragile. Fantastic hints of pears and smooth rice. Great fragile light, highly drinkable. Fantastic clear and smooth pears and yellow fruits. Excellent!!

Bottle from Seiyu. Slightly yellow tint, rather watery looking. Dry, subdued nose, citrus fruit, apricots, minerals. Light and dry, yet very fruity with a nice light sweetness. Light and thin, nice flavor, in that typical dry Niigata way. Good, though I prefer more body.
