0.72 l bottle opened at Kiyomi, Zagreb. Served by the glass, cold. Unclear pale greyish green. Aroma is moderately grainy, soft notes of butter, light cheese and seaweed. Soft peppery alcohol note. Medium body, moderate warmth. Flavour is lightly floral, jasmine tea, soft apricot and bubblegum. Finishes dry, warming and potent.

My first Sake rating. Together with some Sushi. Clear light yellow/green colour and no head. A light tequila aroma. Some rice probably. Moderate sweet flavour and a bit waterish. Some rice i guess, and not much alcohol taste. Maybee some light citrus in the back of my mouth. I love Sushi, have to get used to sake..... It was not bad, so I probably try another one next time I eat Sushi

From my sake backlog. Blue 180 ml bottle served at a sushi restaurant in Aabenraa, Denmark (served hot) . Clear, almost like water body with no head. Aroma has yeast, rice and fusel with a hint of boozy alcohol that becomes stronger as the sake turns less hot. Flavor is quite sweet, some yeast, rice and alcohol fusel. Quite easy to drink, not very complex and I agree with the waitress for recommending to drink this hot as it becomes boozier served cold.

I feel this would have paired nicely with the wagyu burgers in grilled up this evening but alas enjoying few hours later watching Netflix instead. Nose is berry and melon and some earth. Tastes earthy, honey dew, wild blackberry and strawberry. Thicker viscosity and smooth palate. Some alcohol warming.

Drank cold. The liquid is colorless and transparent. The olfactory intensity is normal and lasts sufficiently. The taste on the nose is of fruity banana, floral, banana and spring water. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of thin sake. The aroma on the tongue is slightly dry. The body is medium. The taste intensity is normal, and the taste persistence is sufficient. The final mouth sensations are easy to drink. Hints of melon, fruit, spring water, anise and pepper linger on the tongue.

Paper cup version. Clear and icy looking. Fruity nose, rice, vanilla, but of boozy burn. Soft, smooth flavor, rather sweet, ripe apples, orange, vanilla. Decent stuff. Soft and tasty. Very good for a cheap futsu-shu.

300 ml bottle. Soft citrus nose, stone fruit, very peppery. Slightly oily and full. Peppery, smooth flavor, citrus, apple, rice pudding, then a lovely dry finish. The kind of dry sake I like. Still has full flavor and delicious fruitiness but a great, peppery, dry finish.
