From the 1.8 liter bottle at Okariba. Clear. Nose is rather simple rice, some alcohol, some fruity peach. Clean, full flavor, medium body, peppery finish with a touch of booze. Straightforward and decent.

Pours clear water yellowish colour. Aroma is intense fruity, melon, fresh. Taste of medium sweet melons, intense yellow fruits, the alcohol is well hidden, nice!

Bottle from Sake Kontor Berlin. Intense sharp fruity nose. The Saké starts fresh and extreme smooth. Lots of fruit, extreme intense mild clear body. Easy to drink, lots of fragile fruity melon aroma, soft and smooth, round and great, extreme smooth and deep with only hints of alcohol in the background. Great stuff!

Given as freebie from my new friend Taka who works at sake bar I will be hitting up a lot! Great nose of melon and vanilla. Tastes of the same honey dew, vanilla, grass, lychee. No abv kick. Love the fresh Nama. Damn good

Bottled@SBWF2014. Quite much see through colour with no head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some elderflowery notes as well as mild herbs. Flavour is fruity, mild floral notes, some nice elderflowery notes as well as mild wooden and herbal notes. Smooth and tasty.

Bottled at SBWF. Perfectly clear. Fruity and leafy with licorice and almonds. Mellow, well integrated flavours, Lightly salty with peppery heat in the finish.

Bottled@SBWF2013. Quite much see through colour. Aroma is herbs, some floral notes along with mild alcohol as well as some slight nectary notes. Flavour is herbal, mild floral notes with also the alcohol giving it a quite nice kick. Nice herbal aftertaste and a quite dryish palate.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Clean see through water colour, no head. Aroma is rice, mild alcohol, some slight fruity and spicy notes. Flavour is wood, resin, mild sweet rice and some slight alcoholic sweetness pushing through as well.
