Clear, of course, with an aged ivory tint to the white liquid.

Smells wonderful. Dry and even with just a pure, creamy rice character with minimal fruitiness. Lots of nutty notes, though not too intensely so. Absolutely no harsh/alcohol/unwanted notes and low on ester character.

Just wildly mild, yet flavorful. Hard to imagine this stuff is 15% abv. Rice milk, almond cream, cream-of-wheat are impressions I get, with moderate nuttiness and minimal fruit character. No alcohol warming or harsh notes whatsoever. So incredibly drinkable and clean. Very, very nice.
