Swing-top bottle from the brewpub store. Sweet-sour caramel malt and barnyard aroma. Hazy amber color with minimal head. Sweet toffee malt flavor initially with a sour milk/barnyard finish. Light body. Drinkable - all the Beierhaascht beers I’ve tried have the funky sour milk/barnyard aroma and flavor - really just a difference in color.

Bottle. Light lactic acid and light malt aroma. Hazy straw color with small head. Sweet-sour milk/lemon peel malt flavor - this is a re-rate. Initial rating had more of a sour aroma and aftertaste but fresher it is much smoother. Okay fresh but ages very badly. Unless you really want a Luxembourg rate, I wouldn’t only drink this one if you get it directly from the brewery.

The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass is okay, orange-brown, small head. Starts fine sourish, modest spicy. Finish is a bit moldy and metallically, still quite sourish. Not bad, but I liked the other beers from the brewery more.

The bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass modest turbid, orange-brown colored. Starts sourish, also quite spicy, let me think of christmas immediately. Notes of cinnamon and caramel. Well balanced, still sourish finish. Very good!

0,5l swing-top bottle. Looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass nicely turbid, very huge head. Starts prickly sourish, modest fruity with notes of lemon and peach. Finish still sourish, well balanced. Good beer!

Bottle, Quinns, Camden. Pours amber, with a thin head, unpleasant sweet flavour, very insipid. Non existent beyond the swallow. A really naff beer, probably ok for jumped up Luxembourgeois eurocrats to drink while they’re counting their euros.
