Bottle, Quinns, Camden. Pours amber, with a thin head, unpleasant sweet flavour, very insipid. Non existent beyond the swallow. A really naff beer, probably ok for jumped up Luxembourgeois eurocrats to drink while they’re counting their euros.

Bottle: Poured a brown with a medium tan head with lots of bubbles. The aroma is yeast and malt. The taste was sweet but tasted like it was strained through a boot. A metallicness to it as it finished.

Bottle Swing-top: Poured a hazy yellow with little head, but lots of carbonation sounds. The aroma is a bit wheat and citrus. The taste is little but mostly bitter.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy orange brown with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet with fruit and honey. The taste follows along with a sweet honey but just metallic and grain enough to be balanced.

Bottle @ Quinns. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Fruity malty caramel aroma. Thin fruity malty flavor with some hints of caramel, also some yeasty hints. Sweetish malty finish.

Draught@Gastropub Tuulensuu as "Beierhaascht Donkles"
Hazy nutty brown color, small off-white head. Light nutty, a bit sweet aroma. Organic wheaty flavor, hints of sweet chocolate. Kind of strange cross-over of dunkel, dunkelweizen and saison.

Bottled as Beierhaascht Hell (BB 08/2007)
Golden color, absolutely no head. Papery malty, slightly sugary aroma. Totally flat. Grassy hoppy flavor. Drinkable helles, but the lack of carbonation indicates that this may have had a leak.

Draught (as Beierhaascht Dunkles). Hazy browncolour, small beige head. Aroma is sweaty socks, malts, some earth and yeast. Flavour is caramel malts, yeast, some sourish hops. Overall sweet, but at the same time very sour.

Bottled (as Beierhaascht Hell). Golden colour, no head whatsoever. Aroma is sweet malts and some hops. Flavour is malts, some alcohol and hops. No carbonation at all makes me wonder if there’s been a capleak.
