One cup drunk 12/8/23.
A lot more yellow-tinged than most. Clear.
Some weird stuff going on here. Ranch? Dill? Fish? Definitely some sweet rice. Bit of alcohol.
Thin? Stale? Papery? Weird, hard to describe. Bland finish, vague sweetness. Nutty, sweet, nothing interesting.

Little can of sake quick grab. Yellowish light nutty nose some creamy rice water. Tastes of almond milk, light coconut, hint of resin, some alcohol warming. Grainy mouthfeel.
