Sake cup from True Sake region ticking. Nose is melon and honey. Light yellow hues brew. Tastes of honey dew, rice, earthy, some peppery spice. Rich and full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel and some alcohol on finish. Lovely

Bottle pour at Swingin'. I year old. Slightly yellowish tint. Nose is vanilla, rice, light caramel. rich, sweet flavor, rice pudding, vanilla, caramel. Soft sweetness, full and rounded body, wonderful aged feeling. Lightly toasty. Excellent.

Bottled@SBWF2014. Very much see through clean water colour with no head. Aroma is grapes, citrus, some sweet rice, mild alcohol. Flavour is mild alcohol, some rice, citrus, grapefruits and mild floral notes. Quite a delicate and fresh Saké.

Starchy sweet scent. Barely fruity. Tangy.
Taste is of cream. Subtle smokiness. Stone pit bitterness. Acidy, green finish.
