Glass at Wachi. Slightly yellow tint, oily, shiny. Fragrant floral aroma of rice, some citrus, berries. Flavors of white peach, melon, pepper, citrus, wild strawberry. Light acidity and a touch of late alcohol balance it, though the alcohol is barely noticeable for a genshu. Super smooth and silky. Amazingly delicious.

Strange, funky aroma with dust, banana, melon. Dark yellowish color. Lovely, sweet, funky flavor with lots of esters, banana and melon. Fabulous, original, somehow funky and traditional seeming. Great, great sake.
