Clear, spicy, clean. Very light and crisp flavored, definitely not much of the rice left. Pepepr, saw dust, some fruit. Nice, maybe too polished and clean for me.

Fragrant and fruity, spicy ginjo-ka. Herbal, with a bit of pepper. Mildly sweet flavor, spicy, peppery, and fruity. Dry, understated, with an alcohol burn at the finish. Very clean and crisp with nothing unnecessary. Light, almost airy, body. Very nice.
