750ml bottle from BWS Rockdale Plaza, Sydney. Pale yellow golden colour, no head and aroma of rice, melon, fruit. Taste is sweetish, rice, fruity, with earthy notes and some booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish with shroomy hint. Quite drinkable.

300 ml bottle. Clear. Bright fruit nose, pear, melon, sweet apple. Spicy ginjo-ka as well. Sweet and spicy flavor, big fruit and ginjo-like spices. Clean and crisp finish. Good stuff, and great value.

Bottle, Vintage Cellars. 15C. Pale yellow. Aroma of rich rice, pears, light spices. Not as rich as expected but no overt alcohol either. Quite fruity with a little spiced jolt at the end. Nice - but either a little acidity or greater presence would have been welcome.

Bottle at home. Pour is slightly yellow. Nose is vanilla and licorice. Tastes of honey dew, vanilla, anise, sushi rice. Semi sweet. Smooth palate. Light alcohol present.

Glass at Aburacho. Specially squeezed to celebrate the new emperor. Big, rich fruity nose. Spicy ginjo-ka, rich and fruity, stone fruit, citrus. Lovely stuff.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A almost clear colourless Sake. Aroma of mid sweet strong riped yellow fruits, pears, mellows, rice. Taste of sweet strong yellow fruits, stone fruits, pear, some yeast, boozy finish.

180ml bottle. Fresh fruity nose. The Sake starts mild and fruity. Alcoholic sharp only in the back, very smooth and fruity. Ripe pears and apricots there, very round and fragile with fruity sweetish hints. Pears in the aftertaste, peaches and grain with hints of alcohol. Round and smooth, very soft in texture, refreshing and easy to drink.

Taster at Aburacho. Clear. Fruity, clean, crisp daigin nose. Crisp and light, very fruity, with citrus, light esters, and a bit of ginjoka spice. Good stuff.
