Last sake of a night of lots, chilled, from a 1.8 l bottle, at Okariba. Light aroma of bananas. Sweet, fruity flavor, melon and banana. Crisp, fresh, clean, and tasty. Strong as well. Decent stuff, though lacking the complexity of the best of the night.

Glasses, chilled, from a 1.8 liter bottle at Okariba, Kyoto. Shiny, clear, slightly viscous looking. Big, estery fruit aroma. Dry flavor, spicy, with wood and hot alcohol. There is a nice, slightly candy-like fruity sweetness in the mid-palatte, then big, dry, burning alcohol finish--basically a genshu. Smooth and round. Nice stuff.
