300 ml bottle from a prefecture local sake series. Nice fruity nose, big fruit, citrus, mango, melon, a bit of spice. Clear, light. Sweet rice flavor, koji coming through, vanilla, apples, banana and peach, alcohol heat. smooth and full. Nice stuff. Nothing mind-blowiing, but for ¥500 or so, a treat.

Bottled@SBWF2013. Water colour. Aroma is a byunch of citrusy notes along with some hayish and zesty notes as well. Slight touch of alcohol. Flavour is zesty, hayish, herbal, some slight alcohol as well as mild resiny notes. Nicely balanced, with the alcohol giving it a slight kick.

Cup from Isetan Kyoto. Interesting nose, of caramel, vanilla, condensed milk, rice candy. Flavor similar, but with a medicinal streak as well. Strange—lots of creamy sweetness. Quite fruity as well, like baked apple maybe, and sweet orange. Somewhat hot finish, lightly spicy. Weird cream and fruit flavor isn’t bad, but it is a bit shocking.

300 ml bottle. Fruity, spicy aroma, peppery, with pineapple, pear. Slightly yellow-tinged color. Smooth, round, mellow mouth. Very fruity flavor, quite sweet, with pineapple, cherry?, rice, and some alcohol heat. Very tasty, bold, thick, and good, though a bit too sweet.
