700 ml bottle. Hiyaoroshi Version. Rice nose, rich and fruity, peaches, and a bit of booze. Rice candy flavor, boozy, sweet, vanilla. Rich and big body.

Bottle from Isetan. Dusty, lightly funky nose, dry fruits. Yellowish tints on an icy, oily sake. Estery, slightly funky, melon, mango, dry though, with some dry citrus. Nice body, light but silky and full. Good stuff.

Funky ass nose, with over-ripe peaches and melon. Oily, yellowish color. Oxidized, aged flavor, with iron, lactic acid, yogurt. Soft and smooth but carries a flavor punch. Fascinating.

This was 5 years old, so I suppose it should be koshu, but I follow the label in the style. Funky nose of over-ripe fruit. Strongish sour flavor that flows smoothly and evenly over the tongue and through the mouth. Impressive. Dry and alcoholic finish surprises and rounds things out nicely. Different and interesting.

Rather oily looking. Alcoholic and a bit thin, somewhat watery. Light, with peaches and a rather faint nose. Not impressive.

Light, crisp, slightly hot and edgy aroma. Just finished this last March. Lovely, fresh Daiginka aroma. Fruity: melon, peach, with honey. Lovely and fresh, though probably better with a bit of age.
