720 ml screwcap bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Cloudy pale yellow colour, no carbonation. Lovely aroma of yuzu fruit. Flavour of yuzu fruit, some herbal notes in the background. Slightly tart finish.

Poured from the 1.8 liter bottle at an izakaya. Yellow tinted, clear, oily. Nose of rice, light funk, orange, peach, mizuame, some caramel and milk. Sweet, funky flavor, caramel, over-ripe fruit, rice. Good yamahai qualities. Smooth and crisp. Very nice.
