30 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow, small white head. Aroma is toasted flat malty. Flat malty, cardboard. Toasted and flat malty finish. Light grainy.

Tap sample at the brewpub, as Droge Nap, ABV 9.5%. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, appelbollen, alcohol, esters. Flavour is medium-sweet, dry, yeast, light spicy, fruity, citrus, decent bitter finish with some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Classic tripel IMHO.

Tap sample at the brewpub. Brown colour, no head. Aroma of butter, butterscotch, caramel. Flavour is sweet, light buttery, caramel, hint of veggies, light-bitter finish. Medium-bodied at best. Meh.

On tap at PRNH Meibockfestival, at 7.3%. Clear light amber-orange colour, white head. Aroma is light-sweet, some honey, light fruity, light grassy. Flavour is malty, fruity, grassy, hint of citrus, honey, dry bitter finish. Light-bodied. Much better and cleaner than expected.

Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, light caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, light to moderate yeasty.
