Taster at Jam. Slightly funky nose, rice, spicy, a bit of wood like cedar and pepper. Very sweet and super fruity flavors of lemon and orange. Tinly, light and dry finish. Nice acidity. Very good.

Taster at Jam. Spicy, ginjo-ka nose with fresh pears. Prickly and sweet flavor, peppery, fruity, crisp. Hot with alcohol. A bit too sweet, but nice.
