180 ml pour at Shinsengumi. Spicy, herbal nose, like anise, fennel, cinnamon, pepper. Very fascinating. Apple and pear flavors too, with anise. Wow, what a sake. Light sweetness in the middle but finishes quite dry. Delicious and the most unique sake I have had in a while. Got to try more from them.

Glass at Jam. Light dust in the nose, with tropical fruits. Very sweet and fruity flavor, big esters, peach, melon, mango. Rather dry finish considering the initial sweetness. Nice alcohol bite to balance. Full and smooth, silky. A bit too sweet, but great flavors.
