Bottle, many thanks Taboada! Reddish-brown color with eggshell head. Aroma is malty, sticky resinous, raisins, berries, toffee, a bit milk chocolate. Taste is sweet, raisins, caramel, toffee, figs. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Sticky. A proper Barley Wine!

Draft at Murphy’s Law. Very hazy amber with a big off white head. Aroma of big grapefruit, citrus, light peach coming out behind and caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2016. Hazy goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some tea leafs, caramel and mild citrus. Flavour is very similar, but also having a slight gluelike sweetness to it. Grassy and earthy notes in the aftertaste as well.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish head, opaque black color, aroma of dark bread, roasted coffee and a nutty hint, sweetish chocolate flavor, coffee and cake, light bodied. A bit simple but still nice and enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, cocoa, licorice, a bit of nuts, a bit vegetal. Bittersweet flavor, roasty, with licorice, cocoa, caramel, minerals. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Botella 33 cl en el kraken 09..11..2016. Sin lote Fcpref 06..07..2017. (r41). Color amarillento con fina capa de espuma blanca persistente. Aromas y sabores maltas y cereales ligeramente citricos y herbaceos frescos. Cuerpo ligero a medio, fácil de beber algo espumoso. Original no está mal.

Golden color, white head with good retention. Aroma has citrus hoppy notes with light resins and herbal hints. Flavor has a decent bitterness, citrusy and hoppy taste, very fruity. Good bitterness in the final with herbal notes.

Tasted from the tap on the 22/10/2016. Hazy golden colour with a medium frothy white head. Aroma of hops and citrics. Taste has tropical fruits, grapefruits and intense floral hops. Next one please!
