Bottle at Ante, Newtown. Clear pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of fruit, rice. Taste is tangy, rice, fruity, with some grassy boozy notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying earthy boozey finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taster at Jam. Ricy nose, koji and fruit. Round, fruity flavor, peach, melon, tropical fruits. Some alcohol burn. Nicely fruity.

Taster at Jam. Clear and icy looking. Nose of rice and spices, rather peppery. Oily, light, and silky body. Nice fruity, spicy flavor. Lots of pepper. Very refined and light for such an unmilled sake. Dry and tasty.
