Bottle pour at Matsugasaki. This is made only with their local \"Gin no sato\" rice, and no pressure is put on the mash as it is pressed, so it's the first, purest, cleanest runnings. Big ginjo-ka nose, spice, fruity, pears, apple, melon. Very mellow and silky smooth body, fresh, bright, fruity and spicy. Love it.

Taster at Jam. Lightly fruity nose, pineapple, apple. Crisp and dry flavor, fruit, alcohol, pear, rice, melon, cider. Grainy character. Well done dry sake.
