For a long time again a crystal. Sparkling-fresh Antrunk, tasted sweet yeasty. It leaves a mineral-fresh impression on my tongue, quite respectable beer. Better than the wheat beer!

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, stable and lacy white head; grainy and fruity-yeasty nose with a sourish touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a light acidity, light to medium bodied; malty and fruity finish with a bitter-hoppy aftertaste. No great pleasure, but not really bad......

Bottle: Cardboardy-grainy nose, pale golden, small white head; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and a bit sticky; sweet grainy and slight metallic finish. Not really a pleasure.....

from BTO 02/2007, bouttle bought at Ruppaner KN: nach einem neuen Verfahren hergestelltes Leichtes. Riecht fast neutral. Malziger Geschmack, aufgrund der Stärke nur schwach ausgeprägt, aber trotzdem viel ausdrucksstärker, als bei vielen anderen Leichtbieren. Herber Nachgeschmack. Für Leichtbier richtig gut!

from BTO 03/2007, bottel bought at Ruppaner KN: Hopfiger Duft. Sehr hopfig-kräuterartiger Geschmack, wirklich deutliche Kräuternoten. Gleichzeitig auch malzig-süßlich, mehr im Hintergrund. Trockener Nachgeschmack. Eine interessante Ausbalancierung von Malz und Hopfen, sowie die ausgeprägten Kräuteraromen machen dieses Bier interessant.

Bottle: Golden, clear, lazy carbonation, smaller, quickly collapsing white head; cardboardy and pale-malty nose, faint hoppy traces detectable; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, harsh short bitter finish. Not the best Pilsener......

Bottle: Golden, hazy, stable and lacy small off-white head; moderate aromatic-hoppy nose, backed by some pale malt; moderate bitter-sweet flavour,light bodied, soft; lingering hoppy-bitter finish, rounded by a good dash of sweet malt. Excellent stuff.....

Bottle: Golden, hazy, big stable loose head with a yellowish sheen; mainly bananas in the sweetish-wheaty nose, followed by a little lemony fruitiness; light to medium bodied, sweet sourish flavour; increasing citrussy (lemons and oranges) taste in the wheaty-sourish finish. Quite pleasant stuff.....
