Clear crystal clear water colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate rice, frutiy rice, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, rice, tropical fruit notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light light alcoholic. [20171118]

Sample courtesy of Erzengal, huge thanks!! Country #174. Pours clear as water, no head. Aroma of rice, grain, light fruit and sherry. Moderate sweetness, touch of light tartness. Light body, slight oiliness to texture, with no carbonation.

Many thanks to Koelschtrinker for sharing! The Sake is completely clear in the glass. Hints of sourness in the beginning. Lots if grainy rice. Moderate sweetish, hints of alcohol. Flowery grainy with yellow melon and pears. Nice, but for me a bit too rice-grainy in the body. Round and smooth in the end.

Sampled from 0.6 l bottle. Clear, no head. Sweetish, boozy aroma of rice and some woodruff. Sweet, spicy taste of rice, lovage and woodruff, followed by a medium long, spicy and boozy finish. Medium body, flat. Not my cup of tea.

Mild süßer, kaum alkoholischer Antrunk. Milde Reisnoten, leichte Schärfe im Mittelteil, dann trockener, milder Alkohol, die Reis-Süße bleibt. Eher süffig, bekömmlich. Besser als gedacht. 8/8/7/8/9/8

Ein Sake aus dem \"bösen\" Nordkorea, benannt nach der staatlichen Fluggesellschaft Air Koryo. - Flasche (고려항공청주, 60 cl) aus dem Potonggang Department Store, Pjöngjang. - Blaßgelb, klar. - Angenehm frischer Duft, der an Federweißer erinnert, mit dezenter säuerlicher Schärfe. - Schmeckt getreidig weich mit Reis und zarter fruchtiger Säure: unreifer Pfirsich, Mandel. Im Abgang ein wenig schroff. - Simpler aber angenehmer Sake aus Nordkorea. Ob diese Bewertung jetzt schon gegen die UN-Sanktionen verstößt? Who cares ...
