Description
The brewery Fuglsang can rightly call itself Denmark's oldest family-owned brewery. Søren Christian Fuglsang founded the brewery in 1865, and today it is some of his great-grandchildren who, with respect for the craft and the raw materials, produce solid South Jutland beer.
The family also runs its own export malt factory, which is Denmark's largest and one of the few independents in Europe - it is the one that supplies a large part of the good malt to Fuglsang's beer.

Decent enough beer. Cleanly made, but just a little thin and lacking robustness. Fine beer to try once. Anarkist copenhagen

Golden colour, a bit cloudy, not much head. A bit harsh grain aroma. Light-bodied. Crisp, grainy, slightly metalic, earthy. A bit industrial vibe.
