Pale almost translucent shade of off white.
Nose is herb, lemon wax, grains, straw.
Taste comprises herb, spice, raw alcohol, light citric blossom.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, drying close with a good blast of alcohol.
Tidy Sake.

300ml bottle from Sake Shop, Stanmore. Clear with very pale yellow-green tint, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fleshy fruits, rice, sherbert, melon, apple. Taste is sweet, rice, appley, melon, with some warning alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying fruity warm finish. Nicely drinkable.
