One cup can drunk 4/7/24.
Clear.
Nose is super soft, lightly sweet with some light floral qualities. Mineral and a dearth of acidity yet fortunately no alcohol or raw/sharp notes whatsoever.
In the mouth it's decidedly sweet, soft, lighter in body though not thin. Again, there is a complete lack of sharp or alcoholic flavors, which is a plus, of course. Yet there is a significant lack of acidity here which really brings down the overall picture, as it leaves the sake soft and sweet and somewhat unbalanced and insipid.

Sake shared at tasting. Kinda looks like egg white a little. Hardly any aroma. Flavor is sweetish a bit and it reminds me of lychee. Slight hint of alcohol burn in the finish. Quite pleasant.
